Silicone vs. Saline Implants

There is a lot of discussion still about breast implant types for women considering breast augmentation. Since the 1900s women have used a variety of different breast implant options to seek a bigger breast size. However, most women now choose silicone implants, which look and feel more natural than saline implants. Saline implants are filled with a sterile salt water solution, which can create visible wrinkling or rippling. In contrast, silicone gel implants have a consistency that is much more like natural breast tissue.
